Figurative languaje

A metaphor is a comparison between two things that are different, but without using like or us.

A simile compare two things using like us.

Personification is when it's given human caracteristics to inanimate objects, animals or ideas.

A hyperbole is an exaggeration used for emphasis or effect.

Idioms is called to a group of words that cannot be understood merely by knowing the individual meanings of it's elements.
